Jos & Jude

Jude and I have been privileged to have had our new home in Port Melbourne
built by Gary and Kellie Knights and his team of professional tradesman.
Gary is a man with very strong values and with impeccable integrity.
Our home was built during the very challenging and frustrating Covid-19
Restriction period – Gary’s unique and calm ability to communicate and
collaborate with various stakeholders including his own tradesmen,
suppliers, neighbours, council, architects and building surveyors, during
our building journey, sets him apart and facilitated a seamless and great
quality construction of our new home.
Gary and Kellie, kept Jude and I updated and connected on the progress of
each stage of the construction of the building with texts, videos, photos
and emails
Gary was on the job everyday working, managing and overseeing each step of
the build. Whenever we had a query or wished to make a change or discuss a
matter concerning the build, we felt very comfortable as nothing
was ever too much trouble.
Gary listened to our queries and assisted us with solutions. All costs
associated with each stage of the build were itemised and completely
transparent with any deviations from the original quote having been
discussed and confirmed openly.
Jude and I can’t speak highly enough of Gary, Kellie and the CLK team who
produced an incredible quality and beautiful home for us in Port Melbourne.
